Florida and Arkansas have banned sagging pants in schools. The big question is if the goverment has the right to tell you what to wear. In some states they have banned sagging pants anywhere in public and they can refuse you to ride the bus systems if your pants are sagging. Some believe that banning the sagging pants is considered unconstitutional and that the government cannot tell you how to dress.
I believe that they goverment shouldn't be able to tell you how to dress because that is just more control the goverment has over us. They keep gaining more and more control over the people. It is not right for them to tell you how to dress, even if it does look stupid, thats how someone expresses themself. It really isn't a big deal. And to ban it statewide instead of just in schools is completely dumb because thats how some people like to dress.

An oklahoma third grade teacher, Kimberly Chain was arrested in her home for dressing up her girl students in lingere and taking pictures of them at Christmas party. The parents of the girls told authorities. She will face child pornagraphy charges. The FBI has seized computers used by the suspect and recovered deleted files from her cell phone.

I think that she should be arrested becaue there has been so many cases of sexual abuse for kids and they need to use all these people as example that isnt okay to do this. I believe that she should be in jail for a very long time and she should get the maximum punishment for this crime.

A third grade boy was taken from him mother by child services because he was severely overweight, over 200 pounds. They considered it child neglect to medical causes. The officials first noticed it when he was taken to the hospital because of a breathing problems, and he was sent to a program to help him lose weight but it didn't work so well. Because of his constant health problems, the boy has been taken away from his mother.

I think that the boy shouldn't have been taken away from him mom because its still his mother, obesity is a disease and it takes time to change the unhealthy lifestyle. I think that she should be required to help him and put him into sports or programs where he should be eating healthy, losing weight and creating a social life. The mother could easily help him do all of those things, she just has to push him to do it. so with her support he can probably do it instead of being taken away from him family.

should penn state coach be fired?
Many believe that Penn State coach, joe Paterno should be fired. Others dont believe so because they said he did everything he was supposed to do by reporting what was going on. There was notihng else he was required to do. He never witnesed what was going on, he only had heard severeal stories about sandusky molesting little boys in the showers.
i believe that joe paterno and everyone else who knew about it should be fired because that is a horrible crime to commit and if anyone knew about it they should do anything and everything they can to get rid of him. Joe paterno knew this was going on and only did the minimum of what he could have done. i think he should be fired.

new law due to penn state scandal
Pennsylvania needs to change their laws about sexual child abuse becayse of what happened at penn state with the coach who molested the little boys. Penn states athletic director, timothy curley and Gary Schultz have been charged for failing to report the abuse to authorities and misleading investigators. Prosecutors decided that a legal duty to report the alleged abuse applied to them, but not to McQueary and Paterno. The mayor believes it is necessary to change the law reguarding this crime.
I believe that anyone who is involved and or knows about sexual abuse or any kind of abuse to a child should get the maximum punishment. Children are innocent and sexual abuse is the worst thing you could do to a child. Anyone involved should get the death penalty or the life sentence. The law should change for stricter punishments on these crimes

Handicap Parking
It seems to be a problem that people who are not handicapped are taking the handicap parking spots. The people who are handicap cannot park there because their spots are being taken by people who are not even handicapped. They are sometimes unable to go to the place they are trying to get to because the parking spots available are too inconventient for their issues. It angers the people who are handicapped when a perfectly healthy/normal person take their spot just because they are too lazy or are in a hurry to get where they need to be.
I think people should park in spots that they are supposed to park in just to prevent controversey and keep the peace. Even if it is an inconvenience for them, it will prevent a lot of arguments. Even though many of us have parked in a handicap spot, it is best that we don't do that, especially if there are other spots available to us because sometimes it is very hard for handicap people to get where they need to be when they cant park up close.

changes to state fair
Changes to state fair are unlikely in 2012. The lawmakers are most likely not going to change any laws in response to the collaspse of the stage. Some want to raise the liability cap by 10 million dollars. Republicans disagree with this and they also disagree with changing the laws because it was an accident and the officials should have known by the winds that the stage couldn't handle it. Just because of an accident doesn't mean the laws need to change. People just need more common sense.
